She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carpenter and Alice Carpenter (Bustead); her husband Lawrence "Dimpy" MacLeod; her daughter Carlene Booker (late Charles) of Center Barnstead, NH.; and her siblings, Marian Carpenter, Barbara Anderson, Arthur Carpenter, Robert Carpenter (Joyce Carpenter) of Burlington and Joan Carpenter.

She is survived by: her children, Arlene Thibeault (Fred), Kathleen Lundgren (Timothy), Maureen Webster (William), Laurene Gonsalves (Robert), Darlene Murray (Brian) and Lawrence MacLeod Jr. (Dianne); and her brother Kenneth Carpenter of Maine.
