He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen M. McMahon, (Valcour) and Daniel F. McMahon, Sr.; his brother Richard McMahon; and his brother-in-law Keith Boudreau. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie M. McMahon of Chicago and Michelle McMahon of Woburn; his wife Patricia A. McMahon (Frost) of Woburn; and his siblings, Daniel F. McMahon Jr. (Lucille) of Nebraska, Paul McMahon (Tina) of Vermont, Mary Cail (George) of Woburn and Louise Boudreau of Woburn.
