He is survived by: his children, William "Mickey" Sears of California, Carolyn Lyons of Winthrop, Colleen Cassavaugh of Methuen and Scott Sears; his sisters, Carol A. Bailey of Plymouth and Helen Sears of Medford; and his stepchild Stacy Castricone of Malden. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
