He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary J. Sullivan (Gavin) and John R. Sullivan of Winthrop; his siblings, Shawn Sullivan of South Boston and Amy Sullivan of Winthrop; his aunts and uncles, Michael, Connie Gavin of Winthrop, Eileen Lewis of Maryland, Robert and Jeannie Sullivan of South Boston; and his pet Tallulah. He was also cherished by many loving cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Tourette Association of America-MA Chapter, 21 Shields St. Mansfield, MA. 02048.
