He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meryle Foy (Williams) and Robert Foy; his spouse Shannon M. (Gallagher); his siblings, Susan McLaughlin of Taunton, Robert Foy of Bridgewater and Linda Colecchia of Salem; his parents-in-law, Daniel Gallagher and Carol Gay; and his son Timothy Monsini. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
