He is survived by: his children, Judith E. Carey (late John F. Jr) of Winthrop, Thomas J. Teixeira Jr. of Arkville, NY, Timothy J. Teixeira (Judith) of Winthrop, John A. Teixeira (Barbara Pimentel) of Winthrop and Joseph P. Teixeira (Michele) of Revere; his grandchildren, Jonathan Carey (Amy), Jennifer McCormick (Ryan), Anthony R. Teixeira, Ian T. Teixeira, Amanda Snyder (Zackary), Timothy J. Teixeira Jr., Katherine A. Teixeira, Mary T. Teixeira and Patrick J. Teixeira; his great grandchildren, Juliana Carey, Jack Carey, Haley McCormick, Emma McCormick, Zao Teixeira and Mia Teixeira; and his siblings, Marie Touhey and Joseph P. Teixeira. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
