She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Lewis and Dolores C. (Dolly). She is survived by: her siblings, Arthur Lewis (Jean), John Lewis, Sharon Inza (John) and David Lewis (Maria Curro). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
