She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances McGowan (Zeigler) and Charles McGowan; and her brother William "Butch" McGowan. She is survived by: her husband Mathew P. Palange; her children, Robert M. Palange (Alicia) of Lynn, Jodi Fitzpatrick of Winthrop and Marc Palange (Elizabeth) of Londonderry; her cousin Marion Ouellette; and her grandchildren, Aaliya, Lorelai, Lucas and Owen.
