He is survived by: his mother Donna Hartnett; his sisters, Nancy Hartnett Thatcher and Lisa Hartnett (Ann); his spouse Gynna Gutshaw; his daughter Taryn Elizabeth Hartnett; his former wife Ann Durbin Fawcett; his son Richard "Willie" Wilson Hartnett; his stepson Courtney Fawcett; his stepdaughter-in-law Heidi Sawyer Fawcett; his son-in-law Avery Chapman; his granddaughter Gray; his son-in-law Wat Tyler III; his grandchildren, Wat Tyler IV and Lila Tyler; his daughter-in-law Katie Moore Hartnett; and his grandsons, Winfield and Fletcher.
