He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary (Cericola) and Ralph J. Panetta, Sr.; and his sister Theresa Adelizzi. He is survived by: his wife Rita (Bomarsi); his children, Ralph J. Panetta, III (Lynn) of Saugus, Mark S. Panetta (Debra) of Saugus and Dr. Karen Panetta Heller (Jamie) of Rockport; his grandchildren, Christine Panetta, Mark Panetta, Jr., Sabrina Panetta and Benjamin Heller; and his siblings, Thomas Panetta, Anna Mae of Stoneham and Jean McWilliams.
