Noonan; her children, Sheila Bullock (David) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Joseph West; her children-in-law, Melanie West of Winthrop, Bill Turner of Winthrop and Erin Epstein McNelly of Winthrop; her grandchildren, Tina Bullock, Olivia, Alyssa West, Kristopher McNelly, Robert, Patrick Raia, Kiera, Dylan Turner, Charli and Jayce McNelly; her siblings, Robert Mellone (Simone) of East Boston, Elaine Tayler of Lynn, Thomas Brazil of Charlestown, Joseph Mellone and Michael Mellone; her stepchild Kerry; and her stepgrandchildren, Gypsy, China, Dustin and Destiny.
