She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva P. VanWart (Raynard) and Charles H. VanWart; her husband Richard J. Colson; her son Alan VanWart; her brother Harry VanWart; and her nephew Robert VanWart.
She is survived by: her son Bradley Boyton; her brothers, Frank VanWart, George VanWart and Ernest VanWart; her nieces and nephews, Evalie Gray of Winthrop, David VanWart of Winthrop, Christine VanWart of Winthrop and Richard VanWart of Leicester; and her pet Marshmallow.
