He is survived by: his children, Michael and Christina of Revere; the mother of his children Kimberly (Kinnett) of Revere; his sister Karen Muse of Peabody; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher and Casey Muse of Peabody.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Michael's name to the Narcotics Anonymous at 12 Maple Street Peabody MA 01960.
