He was predeceased by: his parents, William Upton and Grace Upton (Smyth). He is survived by: his spouse Lins Upton (Johnson); his children, Mark and Kristen Upton; his siblings, Ellen Murphy (Greg) of Beverly and William "Bill" Upton of New Hampshire; and his nephews, Ryan, Heath and Patrick.
