O'Hara, Jr. of Revere and Shannon Taylor O'Hara of Revere; his close friend Wendy Perkins of Portsmouth, NH.; and his sisters, Carol L. Pepi (Gerald) of Winthrop, Leona M. Orlando (John) of Revere and Patricia A. D'Addario of Newmarket, NH.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
