She is survived by: her children, Kelly Holmes August (James Foukas) and Jay "Sonny Boy" Holmes (Jennifer); and her sisters, Margaret 'Peggy" Gilbert (Clifford) of Winthrop, Eileen Lombard (Peter) of Swampscott, Rose Mullane (Skip) of Woburn and Nancy Kelly. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
