He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Frizzell); his children, Deborah McCarthy (Brian) of Danvers and Sean Sullivan of Winthrop; his grandchild Kenadie McCarthy; and his sisters, Georgia LaFortone of Hampton and Diane Leone (Carmen) of Winthrop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
