We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2022, John J. Herbert of Winthrop, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Herbert and Marguerite Herbert (Fitzpatrick); his sibling Caryl Devlin; and his nephew William B. "Billy" Devlin Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Cynthia H. Otter (late Raymond) of Lynn; and his nieces and nephews, Virginia Otter, Janice D. Devlin, Caryl J. Devlin, John H. "Jack" Devlin and Jean M. Sloan.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the American Lung Association of the Northeast 1661 Worcester Rd Unit 301, Framingham, MA 01701.
