She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Spinazola and Angelina Spinazola; and her husband John Maggiacomo. She is survived by: her children, Chris Maggiacomo (Claire) of Somerville and John Maggiacomo (Melanie) of Andover; her grandchildren, Julia, Nicholas, Gabriella and Anthony; her brothers, Stephen Spinazola (Sandy) and Richard Spinazola (Maria); and her nieces and nephews, Laurill, Richie, Matthew and Zach Spinazola.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association in her memory or to a charity of your choice as Joanne donated to many causes throughout her life.
