Janet Rand Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2022, at the age of 76, Janet Rand of Winthrop, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her nieces and nephews, Kelley and Stephen Rand; her mother E. Louise McIlroy; and also Benjamin of Connecticut. She is survived by: her husband Gerald C. Rand; her daughters, Kimberly J. Rand (Andy Toohey), Shannon L. (Sean Watson) and Stacy L. Rand (Joe Frasso); her grandchildren, Emma Louise Watson and John Richard Watson; her siblings, Maureen L. Nickerson (Nick) and Larry B. McILroy; her nieces and nephews, Julie, Rachel, Todd, Jeff, Caitlin and Dion; her sister-in-law Jean Barry (Rich); her nephews, Ricky Barry of Winthrop and Dave Barry of Colorado; her sister-in-law June Rand (late Bill Rand); her great-niece Karen of Oregon; her great-nephews, Kenny, Bobby and Billy; her mother-in-law Kathleen Rand; her brothers, Butch and Skip McIlroy; her nieces and nephews, Kathy, Patty, Debbie and Jamie; and also Jake.

Memorial donations may be made to St Jude's Hospital, a non profit organization for children with cancer.
