It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Merchant of Winthrop, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen (Riley) and James H. Merchant, Sr.; his wife Sheryl K. (Biedrzycki); his children, Jimmy Merchant (Kathleen) of Peabody, Mark Merchant (Vicki) of Texas, Sherry Pirkle (Greg) of Georgia and Dawn Sinibaldi (Joe) of Peabody; his siblings, Mary Swansburg of Wilmington, Claire MacDonald of New Hampshire and Ronald Cunha of New Hampshire; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Michaela, Julia, Joseph, Gianna, Shelby, Jaclyn, Matthew, Kara, Hailey, Braylon and Aspen.
