He was predeceased by: his sister Gina Forsyth; and his grandparents, John, Virginia MacDonald (Fitzpatrick), Lester and May Shand (MacLeod).
He is survived by: his parents, John A. MacDonald and Madeline "Dolly" MacDonald (Shand); his daughter Giovanna Hurtado Muldoon; and his brothers, John MacDonald and Frank Forsyth. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
