With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Joseph Slowey of Winthrop, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James P. Slowey and Barbara Slowey (Connolly); his children, Alexis B. Slowey of East Boston and Lynn; his sisters, Ann Marie Dixon of Chelsea, Barbara Ann "Barbie" Cashman (Dennis Paul Cashman) of Port Charlotte, FL. and Donna Marie (Dennis Nesmith) of Malden; and his nephews, Christopher G., Matthew J. and Michael J. Cashman. He was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jimmy's name to the Immaculate Conception School, 127 Winthrop Ave., Revere, MA 02151.
