He was predeceased by: his sister Geraldine O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Helen A. (Dacey); his children, James Adamson (Heather), Michael Adamson (Nicole), Kevin Adamson (Anita), Brian Adamson (Sheila) and Katie Adamson; his brothers, William S. Adamson, Thomas R. Adamson, Robert F. Adamson and John J. Adamson; his grandchildren, James, Michael, Jennifer, Sydney, Jake and Grace; his brother Billy Levine; and his pet Seamus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
