He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Gordon Carr and Loretta Carr. He is survived by: his sister Donna Hollidge; his brother-in-law Coburn C. Hollidge; his niece Ellen Rose Cunningham (Geoffrey Cunningham); and his great-nephews, Silas Glenn Cunningham and Isaac Cunningham.
