With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick M. Massaro of Winthrop, Massachusetts, born in East Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Marie Barrasso. He is survived by: his wife Marian (DiFlumeri); his children, Denise A. Silvaggio (Leonard) of North Reading, Frederick Massaro (Elaine) of Middleton and Michael Massaro (Mary Jo) of Marblehead; his brother Anthony Massaro of Winchester; his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Stephen, Deidre, Marissa and Erika; and his great grandchild CJ Silvaggio. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
