He was predeceased by: his wife Doris G. Tape (Clark); his son Frederick Tape of Maine; his parents, Frederick Tape and Margaret Tape; and his sister Ursula Queenan.
He is survived by: his children, Doreen Tape DiFabio (Joseph DiFabio) of Moultonborough and Michael Tape of Florida; his grandchildren, Joseph DiFabio (Erica), Andrew DiFabio, Katlin Tape and Jessica Tape; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Benjamin O'Brien and Annalise Perry; his sisters, Margaret Fellows and Eleanor Heinrich; his niece Judith Colacchio of Marlboro; and his sister-in-law Patricia Sullivan (Claire Colvario) of Winthrop.
