It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence P. Gilfoyle (Winthrop, Massachusetts), born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 3, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis P. Gilfoyle; her parents, Patrick J. Fitzpatrick and Florence T. Fitzpatrick (Clucas); her daughter Karen M. Gilfoyle of Winthrop; and her brother David Fitzpatrick.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia A. Gunn (Timothy) of Winthrop, Pamela M. Gilfoyle-Lund of Winthrop and Paula J. Gilfoyle of Winthrop; and her grandchildren, Timothy Gunn (Marissa), Ashley Rodriguez (Bruno), F. Patrick Gunn (Nicole), Brittany Doyle (Mike), Heather Stone (Alex), Thomas Lund (Randi), Brendan and Corey Sullivan. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Viking Pride Foundation PO Box 520037, Winthrop, MA. 02152.
