Smith of Dover, NH and Craig D. Smith (Kelly) of Winnetka, IL; his granddaughters, Anabel M. Smith and Emilia M. Smith; his brother Kenneth A. Smith (Ambia) of Beverly, MA; his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Page (Smith), Edward Smith, Andrew Smith and Thurston Smith; and his brother-in-law Ronald D. Pinnick of Henderson, NV..
