We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2021, at the age of 70, Davis S. Proctor (Winthrop, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis S. Proctor and Carolyn Proctor (Hall); and his brother Howard Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Proctor; his son Matthew Proctor (Michele) of Topsfield, MA.; his sister Diane Frazier; and his grandchildren, Davis and Emily.
