She is survived by: her parent John Perkaus; her children, Sharon McLaughlin (John), Marilyn Lewis (Michael), John Woolf (Patricia), Maryann Eitzer (Edward) and Nancy Hammond (Mark); her grandchildren, Lisa, David, Kristin, Kylie, Alexander, Andrew and Steven; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Fiona.
