She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Welter (Sullivan) and Francis B. Welter; her husband Joseph Raymond Gravel; her children, Rae Chappie (late Stephen) and Barbara Gravel Gillis; her brother Jack Welter; and her godson Jack Gravel (late Renee).
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Vellante (Al); her sisters, Mary Louise, Barbara, Theresa and Pauline Welter Hopfgartin; her granddaughter Jennifer Dunfee (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Logan, Jolie, Cody Lesko, Kevin Chappie, Owen Gillis, A. J. Vellante (Danielle), Ellie Rose, Lila Olivia, Brett and Aurora Vellante; and her godchildren, Dennis Gravel (Beth), Frederick Gravel (Dana), Carolyn Gravel Hall and Marty Gravel.
