With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anita Bolognese of Winthrop, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose DiCicco (Gioioso) and Charles DiCicco. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughter Anita (Rick Peterson); her grandchildren, Sam, Michael, Erica, Stephen and Mikey; and her sisters, Margaret Arrigo (George) and Diane Shanahan (late Michael). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ernest P. Caggiano & Son Funeral Home (147 Winthrop St, Winthrop, MA 02152). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (320 Winthrop St, Winthrop, MA 02152). A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at the Belle Isle Section Winthrop Cemetery (100 Kennedy Rd, Winthrop, MA 02152).
