He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Pierce and Rita Pierce (Finnegan); and his half-sister Betty Ackley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Mach; his daughter Kayla Pierce of Cheshire; and his sisters, Cheryl Lewis of Texas, Lisa Pierce-Buffis (Jim) of Lee and Kim Witek (Bill McNeice) of North Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
