He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Brown and Justine Kelly Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Loehr Brown of Windsor; his children, Joseph M. Brown (Chelsea) of Sheffield and Jessica Brown of Dalton; and his grandchildren, Ethan Robles, Jade Brown, Kristina Brown and Marcus Garvey.
