She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kelsey and Julia Kelsey (Herzog); and her siblings, Joann Dellert, Jack and Chuck Silvernail.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy H. Rice; her children, Eric Giansiracusa (Melodie) of Pittsfield, Kimberly Mintz (Ari) of Millbury, MA and Bobbi Jo Olver (Rob) of Adams; her grandchildren, Nathan Danford, Brandy, Wyatt, Sofia Giansiracusa, Rowan Conway, Leona Olver and Timothy Olver; and her great grandchild Caiden Parker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
