She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hayes and Dorothy Hayes (Gillen); her grandson Scott 'Scoots Pisano; her brother Robert Hayes; and her husband Michael A. Zampitella.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine A. Zampitella Pisano of Waltham and Julie M. Zampitella Eaton (Stephen) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Tracey Pisano (Mike Cali), Heather Segaloff (Jeff), Jeffrey Pisano, Dayna Martin (Matt) and Mickayla McMillan; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Samuel, Ella, Maggie, Lillian, Charlotte, Joseph, Nicholas, Robert, Vivian and Aubrey; and her siblings, James Hayes (Patricia) of Hampton, Albert 'Rusty Hayes (Wes Elliot) of Ogunquit, Richard Hayes (Nancy) of Stow, Genesta Catton of Tyngsboro, Margaret 'Peggy Trumbour of Maynard, Rose Browning of Maynard and Barbara Dudek. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
