He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Allison and Mary Turpin Allison; his nephew Timothy Allison; and his siblings, Herbert Allison and Lisa Allison.

He is survived by: his wife Loretta Starks; his children, Danielle, Scott and Greg Allison; his daughter-in-law Mandy; his grandchildren, Aiden and Eiley Allison; his sister Leah Turpin; his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Bethany, Jubilee Allison, Tara Walck, Steven, Joseph Allison, Jeremy and Jesse Walck; and his sisters-in-law, Terri Wilson and Kim Allison.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Eddie's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Diabetes Research Institute.
