He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Fraser and Edmund B. Fraser; his wives, Mary Sennott Fraser and Shirley Warner Fraser; and his siblings, Edmund Fraser, Jr., Barbara Ringer and Ruth Maclean.
He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Fraser and William (Judith) of Lake Worth, FL; his daughter-in-law Mary Fraser of Littleton, MA.; his grandchildren, Alison Lichter, Michelle Larsen (Tony), Dr. William Fraser, Rory Fraser and Gannon Fraser; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Langley, Max Lichter, Jack and Landon Larsen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with their children.
