He is survived by: his girlfriend Jane Cook-Campbell; his stepbrother Michael Joliat; his cousin Miriam (John Ring); and also, Jason Cook (Michaela) of Westminister, Bradley Cook (Amanda) of Cheshire and Jonathan Cook of Winchester.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lane Funeral Home (760 Main St, Winchester, MA 01890). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
