She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Ktona and Elizabeth Ktona (Stefani); her husband Van T. Kosta; her siblings, George Ktona and Katherine Boebel; and her children, David Kosta (Dwight Dunning) of Wakefield and Sandra Kosta (Ayn Cavicchi) of Reading.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Pauline Ktona and Richard Kosta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins.
