He was predeceased by: his former wife Annina Elena; and his father Harold McCully. He is survived by: his children, Martha of East Hampton, NY and Michael (Ellie) of Naples, FL; his grandsons, Cameron (Sophia) of Boston and Tyler (Emily) of New York; his sisters, Marilyn Raeburn of London and England (Michael); and his wife Nina. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
