She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas D. McCarthy; her son Brian McCarthy; and her brothers, Jack Wiseman of Winchester and Robert Wiseman. She is survived by: her children, Dennis McCarthy (Jack Edgerton) of Seattle, WA, Maryellen McCarthy Ryan of Northampton and John McCarthy (Kristin Clark) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Charles, Sarah, Phoebe Ryan of Northampton, Nola, Cordelia McCarthy of Arlington and Brian McNamara-McCarthy of Oakland, CA.; her siblings, Denis Wiseman of Kisumu, Kenya, Kevin Wiseman (Dottie) of Silver Spring, MD, Helen Wiseman of Arlington, Michael Wiseman of Arlington, Daniel Wiseman (Maureen) of Arlington, Brenda Regan (Colin) of Cohasset and Brian Wiseman of Arlington; and her sister-in-law Peggy Wiseman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
