He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Waszak and Dorothy Waszak. He is survived by: his wife Rose Waszak (Lane); his daughters, Kristine Gray (Jeff) of Chelmsford and Katie Waszak (Scott Farrell) of Stoneham; his granddaughters, Adriana Gray and Emma Farrell; and his sisters, Cheryl Adams (Rick) of California and Diana Annese (John Turner) of Beverly. He is also survived by many loving brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
