He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kayla K. Smith (Blanchette); his children, Lisa Smith, Luke Smith of Winchendon and Lincoln Smith of Winchendon; his mother Barbara Collins-Smith of Gardner; his siblings, Tricia Rogers, Katelynn Smith of Baldwinville, Eric Smith of Winchendon and Kevin Smith of Minnesota; and his nieces and nephews, Jaxon Brasili, Mila Brasili, Taylor Lane, Andrew Proctor and Emily Proctor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
