He was predeceased by: his father Daniel H. Putnam. He is survived by: his mother Doris M. Putnam (Babineau); his son Daniel P. Putnam of Fitchburg; his granddaughter Alishia Sutherland; and his sister Diane Butler (Dan) of Winchendon. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
