He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger W. Cochran and Olive V. Cochran (Graton); his great grandchild Harper O'Malley; and his brother Stephen E. Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. Cochran (Pineault); his daughters, Paula Whitaker (James) of Winchendon, Karla O'Malley (Daniel Of Rindge) and Donna Cochran (Ralph Belletette) of Wilson, NC; and his brothers, Bruce Cochran of Winchendon, Roger W. Cochran Jr., David S. Cochran and Philip G. Cochran. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
