He is survived by: his wife Courtney Mullins (Sans); his mother Mary Jane Rodecki (Cummings) of Baldwinville; his siblings, Pamela Pritchard (David) of Baldwinville, John Mullins (Michelle) of Sanford, NC and Robert Mullins (Sandra) of Winchendon; and his godmother Patricia Smith of Hubbardston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
