He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly Fay Chadbourne (LaRose); his daughter Vanessa Bretton; and his parents, Humphrey II and Helen Chadbourne (Dean). He is survived by: his children, Humphrey "Butch" Chadbourne, IV (Veronica) of Phillipston, William Chadbourne of Phillipston and Valinda Kwasny (Thomas) of Moosup, CT; and his brother David "Wayne" Chadbourne (Jodi) of Tustin, CA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
