He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank V. Mason of Winchendon, MA and Dorothy P. Mason (Zunino) of Dorchester, MA.; and his brother Paul H. Mason. He is survived by: his wife Grace Ann McHugh; his children, Carol and James; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Robert; and also, Thomas, Donna, Maureen, Daniel and Patricia.
Burial with U.S. Navy Military Honors at the Belmont Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105, would be sincerely appreciated.
